n Compressored air tube, glue pipe, steam pipe and air return pipe have to be installed at correct position before sellers engineer arrives.
n Water, electricity, gas installation ground work.
n Equipment machine grease, lubrication oil, engine oil.
n Test basis paper, corn(potatoes)starch, caustic soda for industrial use, Borax and other material
n Before installation, make sure steam pressure reach to 10-12KG and keep heating part surface temperature over 170
n Buyer has to install Main Power cables & switches of each machines by themselves. Buyer shall arrange welding machine & rods, metal cutting machine , grinding wheels etc, crane equipments forklift with operator , masonary work with cement sand stone etc if & when required , 6 to 8 persons to assist for installation.

Machine Introduction:
1. Cardboard transmitting method adopts wind absorption, and keep flute profiles stable under the running condition.

3. Glue unit adopts auto-supply glue circularly, pneumatically reset and has buffering effect.
4. Upper corrugated roller surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chrome plated.
5. Upper-lower corrugated roller are made of high quality 48CrMo alloy steel. Hardness of 48CrMo is HRC58-62
