Brief Introduction:
l This heavy duty thin blade slitter scorer is used for slitting high strength corrugated board into smaller size board. It is a useful equipment for 3A board slitting.
l It is designed with eight shaft. First pair are pre-creasing shafts, second pair are thin blade slitting shafts, third pair are transmitting shafts, forth pair (last pair) are male to female creasing shafts.
l This slitter scorer machine can do pre-creasing, slitting and creasing in one time.
Characteristics:
1. 1.3 mm thin edge slitter with both automatic and manual grinding.
2. Double shafts holding the slitting base.
3. Total eight shafts: first is pre-creasing shafts, second is slitting blade shafts, third is transmitting rubber shafts, forth is creasing wheel shafts.
4. Pre-creasing is top shaft with flat wheels and bottom shaft with pre-creasing wheels.
5. Corrugated board edge pressing wheel is installed on pre-creasing shaft.
6. Creasing wheel is male to female, two part type.
