Feeding Method:
Four shaft wheel type lead edge feeder.
Mechanical feeding system, feeding speed display on touch screen.
Bottom vacuum suction to help high feeding precision and vacuum force controlled by frequency inverter.
For different bending degree board, use different vacuum force, save energy.
Sheet Stop Adjustment:
Electric adjustment of the left & right sheet stop.
Rear stop moving and lifting adjusted by hand.
Front stop adjusted by hand, dial display adjustment distance.
Feeding Roller:
Top roller is ceramic roller with rough surface, provide light pressure and high force of friction to corrugated sheet, can prevent sheet surface damaged.
Rubber feeding roller is done with dynamic balance test.
Start Protection Device:
Start protection device of main motor, can keep the main motor stop before all units close.
Control Panel:
Emergency stop button installed.
Control panel with buttons for main motor start/stop, speed up/down, Vacuum force increase/down, skip feeding, auto counter.
